Golf Lesson Like any other service we might buy in the run of a day, week, month or year you should think about shopping around for golf lessons. Why? You might ask, it's not the same thing as hiring a plumber to fix your running toilet, or a roofer to re-shingle your roof, or is it?

The game of golf is a difficult one, which makes it such an attraction to millions of players around the globe. With this want to play well comes a multi-million dollar market of training aids, videos, schools, and lessons. There is no question in my mind, or likely anyone else's that in order to get better at the game of golf you need some instruction, how ever finding the right teacher for you is a must as well.
 
 Many types of golf instruction

First off, golf lessons aren't the same as what they were ten years ago. Of course you can still take a spin down to your local practice range and take a lesson or two from the pro, how ever today their exists online golf lessons, instructional golf videos, and weekend golf schools you can enroll in for a crash course. In this article we're only going to focus on group lessons or golf schools, and private one-on-one lessons. How ever don't discount the quality of instruction many of these new multimedia products provide.

How To Improve Your Golf Swing - Golf Slice TipThis drill is really simple and very effective at teaching you how to release the club.

First, setup to a ball as normal but take your right foot and place this foot well back from your left foot so you are forming a very closed stance.

If you are not sure whether your feet are closed enough it's better to over exaggerate, rather than the opposite.

Golf Improve Swing - Golf Shafts"The faster and harder you swing, the stiffer the shaft should be.

Shaft flex is determined by the ability of the shaft to bend during the golf swing.

A stiff shaft will not bend as easily as a regular shaft in steel or graphite.

Some people prefer graphite shafts simply because of their lighter weight.
